Yes. The account owner changes the plan in Settings > Billing at any time, and the next invoice covers the difference for the rest of the month.

Yes. Open app.bluecheck.tech in your phone's browser and sign in. There is nothing to install.
In Settings > Billing, choose Manage billing and cancel online at any time. If you cancel during the free trial, you are never charged. The terms explain the rest.
Yes. Export the board from Trello as JSON, then open Settings > Import data. Lists, cards, checklists, comments, labels and due dates come over, and importing the same board again updates it instead of copying it.
